Return Policy

You may return new, unused items sold by What Next? within 30 days of delivery for exchange or a full refund. We'll also refund the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if we made an error when processing your order.

Please email us at info@doorcountyclothing.com with your request for a return authorization and include a brief description of the reason for return.

The following conditions and exceptions may apply.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging with all tags attached.  A copy of your receipt should be included along with any instructions if an exchange is being requested.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or soiled is not returnable.(When trying on shoes please take care to wear a light stocking to protect the interior of the shoes and to keep them clean.)  Shoes which are worn or soiled are not refundable.
